This hotel offers great value for money, with modern rooms that rival those in major European cities. Its location in the heart of Old Town provides easy access to the Sunday night walking street and a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The staff are friendly and the free breakfast is a nice touch.

Despite some thin walls, which allowed us to hear our neighbors at times, it didn't greatly affect our stay. we highly recommend Fulfill - Sha for its friendly staff, delightful room, good price, and convenient location.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the room decor was nice. We loved the key location in the old town - it was perfect for walking to nearby attractions and the bus terminal that takes you to the airport for a reasonable price. The air conditioning worked really well and the shower was nice. They also had free water and a place to hang clothes to dry, as well as free snacks at reception which was a nice touch.

The smoking area in the hallway on the 2nd floor was a bit of a nuisance, as it made all the guests staying on the 3rd and 4th floor have to smell second-hand smoke when entering or leaving the hostel. Some of the personnel spoke poor English which made it hard to get information needed.

I spent my Christmas vacation in a hotel located in the heart of the town, just a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants. the best thing about it was that they offered free breakfast every morning, and the coffee was delicious! To make it even better, they surprised us with complimentary cocktails on Christmas Eve. I loved the fact that we could easily walk to the beach and enjoy the warm weather.

the room was dirty, and there were stains on the bedsheets.

I recently stayed at Fulfill Phuket - Sha for one week. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Meggie at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel's location was perfect and the design was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with high-quality food that left me feeling satisfied. Additionally, they upgraded my room and the wifi was decent. I also appreciated the option to do laundry on-site, and the breakfast was filling. a great experience.

This hotel is located in a prime area! We were close to many attractions, walking distance to the Sunday night market, and the bus station to the airport was also nearby. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the room was simple but clean.

The air conditioner was quite noisy and kept us up at night.

We had a great stay in this hostel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, friendly staff, and location right in the centre of the city. We also loved the breakfast which was a simple but tasty spread of toast, cereals, and coffee/tea. It was easy to explore the market in the Old Town from here and catch a ferry to nearby islands.
